Position Title: Woodlawn District Manager
Reports To: VP of People & Places
Classification: Salaried/Exempt
Salary Range: $50K - $85K
Position Summary:
The Woodlawn District Manager proactively leads implementation of community-led revitalization strategies toward the vision of Woodlawn as a hub for equitable entrepreneurship. The Manager will lead district stakeholder engagement, drive public space projects, coordinate district promotion efforts, and support district recruitment and property development.
The Woodlawn District Manager will proactively develop strong partnerships with business and property owners to engage with REV on initiatives in order to accomplish REV’s mission in visible, tangible ways. The Manager is responsible for working with other REV staff to implement projects and programs that spur revitalization as part of REV’s strategic goals, and is expected to continually look for opportunities to leverage REV’s expertise and initiatives in districts for deep impact.
